The elastic edge stretched around my ceramic salad bowl without sliding back. I could still see the vegetables clearly through the cover.
Covering a dinner plate took a few seconds and did not involve fighting a roll of cling film. The gathered edge stayed tucked under the rim overnight.
I covered a plate of cut fruit and could identify everything in the refrigerator without lifting the cover. The clear film was useful for quick checks.
The cover stretched around a half watermelon and the elastic sat below the rind. It was much neater than trying to balance loose plastic wrap on it.

I brought a large covered bowl to a potluck and the elastic stayed under the rim during the short drive. I still carried it level, but it felt secure.
Several mismatched bowls now look organized enough to identify at a glance. I no longer have to open every container to find the right leftovers.
A small plate with onion and lemon halves was easy to cover. The film contained the food without sticking directly to the cut surfaces.
The shallow bowl of avocado and tomatoes fit well under the elastic edge. I liked being able to check the food without touching the cover.
I keep washed grapes ready for the kids, and the clear cover lets them see the snack immediately. It stayed snug on the glass bowl.
I covered a cheese and cracker plate before guests arrived without disturbing the arrangement. The elastic went under the plate and held evenly.
The cover stayed over a bowl of pancake batter while it rested. It was faster than finding a matching lid and kept the counter setup simple.
I covered cookie dough before chilling it and could see the dough through the film. The edge held on the bowl when I moved it to the refrigerator.
The shallow pasta bowl was easy to slide into the fridge once covered. The clear film did not hide the food, so it was used the next day.
I let the chili cool first and then stretched a cover over the bowl. The elastic stayed below the rim and the top remained easy to see through.
