1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within [1–3 BUSINESS DAYS], excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, additional processing time may be required.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, address problems, and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, available delivery methods, taxes, and any applicable duties are displayed at checkout before payment.
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges unless checkout specifically states otherwise.
4. TRACKING
When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking information may take several business days to update after shipment.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected.
We cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
6. DELAYED ORDERS
If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will provide an updated estimate where required and explain available cancellation or refund options.
7. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact support@merqosa.com.
If tracking shows “delivered,” first check with household members, neighbors, the delivery carrier, and any secure delivery location. We will assist with an appropriate carrier investigation where possible.
8. DAMAGED PACKAGES
Photograph the package and product before discarding any packaging, and contact us as soon as possible.
